2. Questionnaire for Determining the Franchisee's Profile and Adequacy of the Commercial Point;
3. Videoconference meeting;
4. Declaration of Financial Availability;
5. Analysis by the eiON® Validation Committee;
6. Signature of the Non Disclosure Agreement and Pre-Contract;
7. Availability of the Franchise Offer Circular - FOC;
8. Signing of the Franchise Agreement and Payment of the Franchise Fee;
9. Design, Supply and Implementation of Facilities, Availability of the Franchise Manuals, Initial Training of the Franchisee and his Team; and
10. Release of Use of the eiON® App, Online Management Interface and Inauguration* of the Franchised Unit.
